Sky puck software error
Screen froze I restarted it and now have software issue, I scanned the QR code and went through all the steps including plugging in Ethernet cable and still it says software error what do I do now ?

Namely the recovery process. If that doesn't work you will need to call Sky (we are fellow subscribers here on the community)
