Sky payment holiday

It is so difficult to get through to anyone in sky, who knows what a sky payment holiday is. I keep getting transferred to deals and told I have the best deal... does anyone have a direct number to talk to someone? I literally had to tell the advisor they could google it if they didn't know what it was, and she did!

Hi Anonymous

If Sky is you mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

When calling Sky to get past the chatbot and speak to someone try answering the following:

Say about  sky glass

Say it’s something else

Say NO when asked about using the web link

This should result in you being put through to an adviser (it worked for me 😀).

Sky only allow payment holidays on credit elements, subscription charges will need to be paid as normal:
