Hi,
I have had no Sky TV since Monday 31st March and has been fixed today Tuesday 8th April due to a phone line fault.
As I have had no Sky TV for over a week, I would like a refund on my account.
can you confirm.

@Paul578 You won't get a refund on your account for a broadband outage, you may be eligible for Auto Compensation for the broadband outage https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/policies-and-info/auto-compensation/articles/auto-compensati...
Sky may add a credit to your account if you ask them, however nothing will happen on the back of a forum post as this is a customer helps customer community

Re: Sky not working refund
Who is your broadband with? If it's not Sky then it isn't their fault. You'd need to claim with your broadband provider.
If it is with Sky then I certainly would phone them and ask about a credit due to the fault.
