Re: Sky multiscreen
@Chloe_1 You should be able to have it without the puck but may need to call sky to get it sorted

@Chloe_1 For Sky Glass/Stream, it's called Whole Home.
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, VM 1 Gig Broadband, Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

@peter-marlow+1966 that alone is insufficient, it won't run without whole home

Re: Sky multiscreen
You can add whole Home package ( it's called Whole Home on Sky Glass/Stream not Sky Multiscreen) to your Sky Glass service without having to purchase a puck.
Go to the MySky app or MySky account online.
Under Your products, choose Home set-up and add Whole Home there.
As you have realised, Whole home as well as allowing viewing on additional Sky Glass TVs and pucks it also allows you to also
watch on four devices at the same time on the Sky Go app and watch on your games console.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

Re: Sky multiscreen
If you want decent picture and sound quality then you're better off getting a Stream puck with the Whole Home subscription. Sky will usually loan you one for free if it's your first one and you already own a Glass TV.
The Stream puck will give you UHD, HDR and Atmos on appropriate content (if you subscribe to the UHD/Atmos pack already) whereas Sky Go is always limited to 720P with stereo audio only.
The Sky Go app is less sensitive to network fluctuations and needs much less bandwidth than Stream so choose whatever works best for your individual circumstances.
