Sky live

When playing on sky live for about 10 mins it cuts out saying error code to check its connection. But it is connected as we've been playing it . I was told when we upgraded to sky full fibre this shouldn't happen but it is still happening?

It's all of the games. Been advised to turn the cable round if that doesn't work gonna buy a new cable. It's not the WiFi connection as they tested that.
