Can't say I had the same bother, it just worked. One thing to try is make sure the hdmi port is in port one, read elsewhere people having issues if not plugged in to HDMI 1. And make sure the USB-C cable is securely plugged in too.
Do you get a red or white light on the camera? Or pop up saying it's downloading software? Also can you see the serial number etc in the Glass settings menu?

Just a quick question, have you put the camera hdim lead, in hdmi 1 port ?

Also go to settings on the sky glass, system management and see if sky live software version is showing, it should be ch000.037
