Ring Sky and get it replaced. It's probably a duff one.

Try unplugging the camera completely (camera end) from your Sky Glass and then turn the TV off at the wall for a few minutes. Turn glass back on, wait for it to boot and turn the TV on. Then reconnect the camera.
Remember the camera needs to be plugged into HDMI 1. If you are still getting a solid red light, you will need to contact sky and ask for a replacement as we are fellow subscribers here.

I still have the same problem.
It's never be resolved. I've tried a few times to call sky but either get put through to someone who can't help or say on hold for longer than I a can wait.
I've given up trying now.

I reset the camera and then it was working fine.
There is a small reset button at the bottom of the camera. you will need to use a pin to get to the button. Press and hold it for about 3 seconds and it should reset.
Then set up teh camera again.
