I have been getting the same fault across all the TV's. How do you actually talk to a human being at sky who can help solve it. I'm paying for whole home network and even though they say the signal is great it's not.
What that probably means is that the broadband speed to your Hub is fine, which is what Sky can see, and it's your wifi from your Hub that's the issue. That depends on the fabric of your home, interference etc.
What difficulty are you having with speaking to Sky? We may be able to guide you.

Hi, get what you are saying regarding the puck upstairs, but the one in the living room is connected to the broadband by a ethernet cable.
I haven't been able to find a phone number to book an engineer or to speak to someone.

It's definitely the internal wi fi which whole home should cover.
Just need a number you can call and get through to someone who deals with it.
All the choices seem to lead to a robotic response!
