When trying to wstch tv ghe broadband keeps dropping out and the tv comes up with the following message, There is a technical fault. Please try again later.

What that probably means is that the broadband speed to your Hub is fine, which is what Sky can see, and it's your wifi from your Hub that's the issue. That depends on the fabric of your home, interference etc.
What difficulty are you having with speaking to Sky? We may be able to guide you.
