I have sky glass already and just got sky home today and a new Wi-Fi box has come when I plug that in it turns off my current sky and I can't change to sky WiFi name or password on the tv. Why have I got this?? I also got a puck so I'm unsure can I just plug this in and it will connect to my current sky?? Not sure why I have Wi-Fi box with new id details??

As long as you have the whole home package then they work independently..... the only thing they share is the main playlists .... so whatever you add to the playlist on one one will automatically appear on the playlist of the other
you will have to sign into all of the streaming apps on both devices separately
you can watch different channels on live tv and different shows on the apps simultaneously on the glass and the puck

Hi @Dawn+m1
To add your new WiFi network to glass you will need to go into glass- then settings - then network - then highlight the status box. - then press on reset
that should allow you to add your new wifi
the puck will need to be plugged into a different tv via hdmi and then follow the on screen instructions to setup. This is basically your multi room box

note ! You will need a fast stable internet connection to watch all 9 devices the same time
