The voice sync issue is being worked on and the update rolling out throughout March is said to improve it.
Are you saying you have a line down the screen? Does that remain after unplugging the TV for a few minutes and then turning it back on?

Power off at the mains for at least 5 minutes and see if the line goes away. It's usually a bug in the software that causes this. The lip sync is a know issue and Sky are working to resolve. Changing channel should temporarily fix.
If the line doesn't disappear after unplugging from the mains you will need to Sky and claim under warranty (we are fellow subscribers here on the community)

Hi the line does away after turning tv off then back on the other day I had 2 of the lines same thing turn tv off thrn back on it went
