@Robertward48 At one point I had a 2 inch wide grey line running vertically through by Glass screen. I unplugged the TV from the plug socket and left it unplugged overnight. In the morning I plugged it back in and the screen was back to normal. Thankfully it never returned again.
Try this but if it doesn't fix the problem or if it returns again in the future I would call Sky to discuss further troubleshooting and if necessary a Glass TV replacement.
