I am having trouble with payment this month. Can i request a holiday pay please?

@Deancatney Sky only provide payment holidays on credit agreements (so cover things like Sky Glass or Phones or Laptops etc purchased via credit). https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-payment-holiday
The subscription TV/broadband side has to be paid otherwise services will be restricted until payment is provided. If you pay by direct debit, you get a 10 day grace period as the direct debit will be retried 10 days later if the first attempt as failed during which you services would remain available.
