Sky glass
Waiting for my new internet to come . My tv glass is already set up and been used previously. But I want to just watch the normal tv for now on a areal it worked yesterday but now it's saying the sky is down or something

Hi @Carriann1
It needs to be disconnected from the internet. If it is connected to the router, but with no working service it might try to work as normal. Ensure no ethernet cable is plugged in and turn off WiFi by going settings > network > advanced settings and turn off WiFi.
You should just see HDMI connections and an aerial connection when disconnected. If still not showing try the above plus a reboot at the mains.

much. I've been on the phone to
them as now it want let
me passed the update at all. They are saying it's faulty and need replacement but I don't think it does. I will try this today thank you.
