I currently have sky glass but wish to change back to sky q is this possible todo via my glass tv

It's not possible to do yourself. You would need to call Sky.

It would also depend on minimum terms & if you are in the cooling off period.

Your cooling period is 31 days, however Sky offered me a return to Q some 70 days in, but that's not standard practice.

Call them, I'm sure if you are taking out an 18 month Q subscription for return they will be helpful.
