I phoned Sky last week because my discovery + is not working as it says I have to upgrade. The lady said it will take a few days for them to fix but it still isn't. It is not discovery + to sort out, it is due to Sky and my subscription and I get it free with Sky glass.

Its a known issue that Sky are having to work with Discovery + to resolve. As its an integration between Sky and a third party it requires time and effort from both sides to resolve. Unfortunately previous issues related to the Discovery + app running on Sky have taken a couple of months to resolve.
