Hi, my sky glass has been working fine for a number of months it now will not connect to my WiFi as of this morning. Everything else is connected even the sky puk that's on another TV works just fine.
The glass TV won't find a connection it connect to my virgin hub fine but can't find Internet, I have reset the hub and the TV but still the same issue..
Any thoughts? Thanks

I'm experiencing the same problem, everything is connected fine apart from the sky glass

As this is a wide issue I really hope we're going to get compensated for a day without sky glass.

Hi yet again exactly a week later my sky glass won't connect to the internet it is connecting to the router but not the internet, yet everything else in the house is connecting to the internet.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble again. Virgin Media are currently investigating problems on their network in certain regions. Have you checked their status page for problems in your area? We're not seeing any problems at our end.

my sky glass won't connect to the Internet.. broadband is provided by Sky. other devices working..help please... is there a phone number for Sky I am just hoping to understand in circles .. really not bothered that I have got a point for using this forum!!

It's not just Virgin customers with this problem. I'm with PlusNet and I have the same issue.

No. My Skyglass is not connecting to WiFi.
Need someone from Sky to come and sort this out.

@Susan75 Sky don't have engineers for Sky Glass or Sky Stream.
What is happening when you try to connect it to the WIFI? How far is the process getting? Is your broadband also with Sky?
