Sky glass will not connect to internet

My Sky Glass says it is not connected to the internet but it is

@Stuart81 I have had the same issue in the past when I had a glass TV (I now only have a stream puck) and I found the following procedure would resolved the issue:

 

1. Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and your broadband router.

 

2. Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.

 

3. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have picked up the internet.

 

I also found that having Networked Standby mode turned ON helped as it stopped Glass  from losing the network connection when it goes into standby.  To check this go to Settings > Start up & Standby menu.  Whilst in that menu I would also turn off overnight power sharing (in fact I turned everything off except the networked standby mode).
