Sky glass upgrade fail

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my plan to Sky glass air with a wifi upgrade and plan included however when I go to pay and do this it takes my £20 upfront payment and then says "Unfortunately, we have not been able to proceed with your order. Please try again later." and says that they're having technical difficulties. How can I get my money back and is my order completed or do I need to retry.

We can't tell you if your order is complete as we are fellow subscribers on the community. You will need to call Sky customer services.

 

You can do this by dialling 150 from a Sky landline or mobile.
