Sky glass unable to unlink linked account

My sky glass tv says I'm linked in to an account called Henryk when I try and press it's not me it shows me how to unlink it and it's by going on a qr code and unlinking it when I do it it says page restricted on the sky website please help

Is this a second hand Glass TV you have bought, or did you buy it directly from Sky?

It the tv is a second  hand one then you will  need to do a factory reset, and if you want  sky tv through  it then you will  need to ring  sky for a subscription, if this is the case i would  call sky talk to them and  they can advise  you and if necessary  talk you through  the factory reset, if this is a new tv and say you say it has someone  else  account  on it you will  also need to ring  sky as you have had someone else's  tv delivered  to you by mistake, if you  still have the book the tv was delivered in check the name and address  on the box
