Sky glass Tv is saying link account but it wont let me link it?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jason+mcgrath depends at what stage you have the issue. If the TV has previously been linked but now has this message simply unplug or switch off the power for 30 seconds as that often sorts these issues
If the set is new or you have factory reset the TV the normal way is to use a device with a browser navigatecto www.sky.com/activate and sign in with the Sky id linked to your Glass account then enter the numerical codexshown onnthe TV screen into the web page.
If those dont work call Sky as they may need to do something from their end. As a general rule customers should only use the reset when told to do so by Sky as it can brick the TV.
