Isn't working keeps crashing and can't load channels

@PaulJames98 How are you connected, via wifi or Ethernet? If the former try the latter has that can give a more stable connection

The sky glass is connected to the internet but it still happens

Are you able to hardwire it directly to your router via Ethernet cable and turn off WiFi in the glass settings screen? This will check it's not an inconsistent WiFi signal affecting your unit
