Sky glass tv remote

Hi, moved house and put my tv up and now the sky glass tv remote isn't working, can someone help me with this.

@Nicoleann67 There are a number of threads on this forum about faulty remotes. The good news is I understand that they now have a new updated version in stock.

 

I see your problem has been escalated by @Mr+Flibbles+86  but in the meantime you could try one of the following:

 

The one fix that has worked for  number of people, including me, is to hold the remote at both ends and twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. Details can be found on the following thread (post 395)

If that doesn't work you could try the method  given as the "Answer" to the tread at "Sky Glass faulty remote"?

Even if you get it working again I would contact Sky and ask for a replacement (especially not they have the new batch).  In the interim you can use a Sky Q remote if you have one available.
