Hi, moved house and put my tv up and now the sky glass tv remote isn't working, can someone help me with this.

I see your problem has been escalated by @Mr+Flibbles+86 but in the meantime you could try one of the following:
The one fix that has worked for number of people, including me, is to hold the remote at both ends and twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. Details can be found on the following thread (post 395)

Even if you get it working again I would contact Sky and ask for a replacement (especially not they have the new batch). In the interim you can use a Sky Q remote if you have one available.
