You're asking other customers who have no access to your account, you should have all the relevant details within your Sky account and how long you took out the loan repayment for.

 

If you login to your Sky account and check your message centre you should have your loan contract there with the details.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Unless you've chosen to make additional payments the finance balance would be cleared either two or four years after you started because the terms were 24 or 48 months.

 

Note that if you took up the Sky offer then you actually paid for the television set up-front using an unsecured personal loan and so have owned it from the start.  A portion of the monthly Sky bill (separate from the content subscription) is repaying that loan.

You can find the information  you want  on the my sky app in your  bill section where it says c c a agreement at the bottom  of your  tv bill and you can make extra  payments  there to
