Over last few months it's turned itself on or off or not come on at all , now I got issue which refers to hdmi that I've read on here , I've changed hdmi cables, unplugged everything and turned it back on.is still the same ,I have plugged the hdmi cable in from my sky q box to a monitor and that works fine , so tv is the issue , how do I get this fixed? Thanks

It's fixed now after a hard reset ,so will see how long it lasts , I was offered another at half price if it does break , but after these issues after only 2 years I won't be replacing with the same , I shall go back to a normal TV, LG ,Sony etc ....

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Damionb Your Glass TV comes with a 2 year warranty so if you have had it for less than that call customer services to discuss the faults and if necessary request a replacement.
Note the turning on and off might be related to the Startup & Standby settings.

In mid October last year Sky started a repair service through a third part but it does not cover screen replacements. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs
