If, after turning it off at the wall for 10 minutes, it doesn't power back on then you'll need to ring Sky for future troubleshooting. If you are out of warranty (2 years from activation) then you'll need to foot the bill for any repairs or replacement. If you are still within your warranty period and the TV is deemed to be faulty by Sky then they will replace it (usually with a refurbished model).
