Re: Sky glass to keeps losing connection to internet
Hi @peter+3084
We need a bit more information. Remember we are fellow subscribers and not Sky so don't know what your set up is. Whos your ISP? When you say upgraded internet did this involve a new router etc? Can you try connecting via ethernet and turning WiFi on in the settings? Whats the signal like in the room where your glass is?

Re: Sky glass to keeps losing connection to internet
Given that you are a Sky broadband and Glass customer I would expect Sky to give you full end to end support. It could be that the router has changed channels and connection strength isn't good.
The only other suggestion would be to power down your Sky glass and switch it off at the mains for at least 10 minutes. Turn off your Sky hub for a few minutes and turn it back on, and then once reconnected turn on your glass. Failing this you will need to contact Sky for support by dialling 150 on your Sky landline.
