Discussion topic: Sky glass stuck on "you're now connected" after updating

The volume can go up and down from the remote but it can't move beyond the "continue" page after updating. I've tried every kind of reset possible.

Are you able to pull the plug for 10 minutes and then connect via ethernet cable ?
