Sky glass sound comes on when tv is off

Sky glass intermittently comes on by itself no pic just sound.  Only for a few seconds then goes back into standby mode.

Have you got motion detection turned off in the settings?

Yes checked all settings were correct before I posted on here.

Is it a regular thing or just a one off? If it's regular I would speak directly to Sky about the problem.

Yes been ongoing for a few weeks now. Just thought I'd try on here first. I'll give sky a call Thankyou.

I had it happen a couple of times on my old Gen one but it just cleared up before I needed to ring Sky. As it's more frequent with you it's definitely a call to Sky I'm afraid. If it's still within its two-year warranty then you can ask for it to be replaced.
