Re: Sky glass sky tv channels don’t load and apps just buffer
How have you got your tv connected to the Internet, i have my tv connected by ethernet cable and have never had any problems with buffering also i do have sky full fibre to the property broadband gigafast 900mps which helps, especially now as i have two 55inch sky glass tvs a puck, and a sky live camera and i have both tvs connected by ethernet cable, and the puck is on the wifi, also have an LG smart tv, Xbox, laptop, tablet, p c , 3 alexers, 3 mobile phones

If this has only just started happening and previously has been working fine then the first thing I'd suggest is a reboot of the glass.
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.
If this has always been an issue then it's a sign that the download speed the Glass is getting isn't suitable. If this is the case and you are connected via WiFi I'd suggest disabling the WiFi in the glass settings, plugging in an Ethernet cable and then performing a restart as outlined above and see if that helps.
