Sky remote wouldn't work so followed all the online instructions - basically had to reset whole sky , anyway now I'm having to start sky glass all again it keeps asking to "link my account" went to do this online and keeps saying service isn't working . Everything is fine and running but I have no idea how to link the account to activate the tv - its was all perfectly fine before the reset .
