To be honest that sounds like a long time to be waiting for a Sky Glass delivery, so i wonder if perhaps the credit checks have failed and the order has been cancelled.

@Brondanem When I requested a new remote about a year ago I had to call them back 3 times before one actually arrived. You can now order one online and by all accounts they are quick to arrive
I would request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote
If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.

I'm hoping for the same speedy response but it's still not really acceptable ... Now have a huge TV ornament to look at and can't use the sky service I'm still paying for or the streaming services I pay for besides.
Sky products are costing more and more yet are made from crayon and egg shells.
I think I'll be seeing out this contract then leaving for ANYTHING else

Unfortunately that went back not long after the glass arrived. I now can't watch anything except channels the TV decides I've pronounced correctly and nothing from any streaming platform ... Wonder will sky foot the bill for those? 🤔
