Sky glass remote not working

Hi All,

had my sky glass less than 6 months and only used it about a dozen times - remote not lighting up and not working so changed batteries for new ones - still nothing?

Will I need to ring sky to get another remote sent out??

If you take the back cover off and gently twist the remote in opposite directions it might come back to life.

will give that a go but don't want to damage and will probably get onto sky anyway as it should work especially with the little to no use it's had!

The twist action as weird as it sounds in most cases does work.  If not then yes contact Sky for a replacement.

@Andy+Riggers The twisting method worked for a when mine stopped working a couple of months ago and has been fine ever since.

If you can't get it working and request a replacement, if you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for the replacement to arrive.
