Try unpairing pairing and repairing you remote as outlined in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass
If that doesn't work you can ask Sky for a replacement under warranty by using this form: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote or order them off Amazon if out of warranty.
If you have a Sky Q remote you can also pair these to work with Glass.
