Sky glass remote not working can’t use my sky glass

Hi my sky glass remote is not working, we can not watch our tv . My husband as just come out of hospital major surgery and I need a replacement asap is their any one in the area that could bring us one

There's no in-premises support for Glass/Stream, and Sky satellite dish installers don't carry spares for them.
