Sky glass remote can’t reset

Hi when I try to do voice control. It says press 1&3 to connect remote I have tried but nothing I have changed batteries and tried pressing 7&9 to reset but still all same not sure what else to do

Just done it had turn tv of at plug and reset it all done know
