I have just received the below mail from sky. I suggest anyone with this issue opens a new case in order to escalate if Sky fail to fix the issue.

Nothing has changed still the same problem we have had for months

July 24 and still no fix in sight - Over 3 months now, not acceptable

Yep, I've heard absolutely nothing since the conversation with Lisa which obviously didn't resolve it. It's with their tech team but would be nice to have some sort of up date now & again

I have experienced this problem for the first time over the last five days. Get the message 'Let's try that again. Press Home to refresh connection' when trying to view TV shows in Playlist. Movies and Sports are fine, and we can still see TV Shows via Manage All, but these are not in alphabetical order and mixed in with everything else. Clearly this issue is not fixed and ongoing. Which is not satisfactory as it appears to have been going on since May looking at the threads on this.

Still not fixed & it's been going on for months now. Sky haven't even contacted me since my last phone call with Lisa. Not good enough. I would suggest contacting them mate but I know what will happen. They'll tell you to reboot sky glass then your hub & nothing will happen. It was originally going to be fixed in the next software update but seeing as their technical team have no idea how to fix it they should be offering compensation or replacing the sky glass tvs.... not going to happen. I (& many others) have been paying full price for an inferior service for months now.

Thanks. I have taken your advice and started a new discussion, but don't hold out much hope given the experience of others.

Not 100% sure but I don't think so, just gen 1 & sky air so far. Mine was fine up until about 4 months ago so you may have the same problem in the future unless the technical team can resolve the issue.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing but we have the right teams working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

 

At present, there are no official workarounds. However, if you have a large number of TV Shows in your Playlist - or shows with many episodes or seasons (e.g., The Simpsons) please try removing some of these via the TV Show railThis may help the TV Show section load successfully.

Hi Chloe, thank you for that update. We have deleted some programs from our list and that has resulted in the TV Shows list now loading. Will see how this progresses. Thanks for your help.

I have done the same and the playlist now showing.

if it was that simple WHY did we have to wait for months for someone to tell us
