Sorry Lisa,

 

they are not helpful. Keep going over the same conversations with nothing being resolved.

 

please escalate higher without any of us having to be told to reboot the hub / sky glass so they can log it. This should be resolved from your end & advise us when the software update to resolve this issue will go in. Please also raise to your complaints team seeing as this issue has been unresolved for two months now

I'm now being asked to reboot the hub / sky glass again & log the time. They obviously have no idea how to resolve it so I have asked to raise it to their complaints team. Might be worth anyone with the same issue to escalate via Lisa or another member of the sky team.

I have reported this many times one advisor said he was going to log this with the glass tech team and would get back to me with an update but still have heard nothing this was about 4 weeks ago. Every time I call them I'm always told to do a reboot which solves the problem until I turn the tv off

Has anyone noticed an issue with playlist  where if you go to playlist then tv shows view all you either get a no programmes available message or let's try that again press home to refresh your connection message?

@Deedee36 I'm also seeing this on both my puck and Glass.

 

I've also seen intermittent issues with removing shows from the playlist recently where some shows won't remove unless I delete them from Manage All.

@Deedee36  I have not seen the issue you describe (yet) but a couple of days ago I went to the Manage All in playlists and was surprised to see it was still listing numerous programmes there which had been watched and cleared from the main playlist.  It was simple enough to remove them but of course they shouldn't have been there.

Not seeing the issue on my Playlist.

It is well populated with mixed cloud recordings, On demand and app content across many channels and broadcasters within the five profiles I have set.
Each profile is showing all the correct content.

Is been very well behaved for a while.

 

I never really go into Manage all, just add and delete with voice or the + and from a content tile.

From what I recall of late, all has added or deleted fine.

I have had the same issue for a couple of months now and have reported this many times and had no answers.

I have called again today and been told it is probably a tv issue and a reconditioned tv is about £425 but they should be able to get that price down. My issue with that is will the reconditioned television still have the same issue

Doesn't sound right, I'd rather sky offered us money off the new sky glass 2nd gen, If it's an issue with the tv then it's skys issue. Offering a reconditioned tv half price isn't good enough...

If my 2nd TV with a puck attached dose not this problem surely it can't be that hard to solve on the glass TV

2 months is FAR TO LONG it needs sorted now

Sky not doing themselves any good with this type of customer service.

Hi Lisa I have reported this issue a couple of months ago I have rung quite a few times and one of the gentleman I spoke with was escalating the issue but I have heard nothing from sky.

today I called again and was told that I may have to purchase another tv which now I thought about it is not a very good idea as there is no guarantee that the new / reconditioned will not have the same issues

I just got the new Sky Air and I have the same issue that I always get either no programmes of this type available, or the try again
