Hi @Ursy welcome to the forum. I note the reply given by @Deedee36 and agree this problem mostly occurs in the Continue Watching Rail but, from experience, I know it can also occur in the playlist.
A few weeks ago Sky inadvertently released a "Manage All" function for the playlist but it was soon withdrawn as it was only supposed to be released in conjunction with update QS017. This update is currently rolling out and once this is completed it is hoped that the "Manage All" function will be returned.
I only mention this as in the few days that it was available I was able to use it to remove some programmes that were stuck in my playlist. Hopefully you will have the same success if you can wait for it to be activated.
