Sky glass picture quality looks like it’s been hit with a hammer
Anyone having this issue with the screen? It started yesterday, lines running down the screen. Spoke to Sky, they told me to do the whole power off power on / reset / broadband off and on malarkey. At one point it randomly started working again and then this morning the same. Yesterday one advisor told me these WiFi tvs can sometimes go abit weird. Surely this isn't right though? Only had the tv a week. It almost looks like it's been previously damaged, is there a chance I could have received someone else's return??

Re: Sky glass picture quality looks like it’s been hit with a hammer
That does not look good.
Probably, if the below suggestions do not work, is to to ask for a replacement Glass TV, if the TV is still in warranty.
First, remove the power from the TV for at least 10 minutes and see if that resolves the issue.
If, not try powering off the TV and leave off power overnight.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Oh dear, that's not good at all. Contact Sky and get it exchanged. I would not keep that tv regardless whether a reboot fixed it or not, I wouldn't take the chance . @Teefer85

Eeesh that's bad. As others have said phone Sky, you've only had it a week so they'll hopefully be able to make things right.

Re: Sky glass picture quality looks like it’s been hit with a hammer
I've had to organise a replacement myself as I've had a line appear across my screen on a TV I only had delivered on Monday. Started a couple of days after delivery on part of the screen but just thought it was lighting on the episode of CSI I was watching! As it's darkly lit on most episodes I didn't identify it as a definite problem until I was watching the brighter lit Would I Lie To You last night!
Phoned this morning, they asked me to do a picture reset but line still there, so definitely a faulty panel. They are replacing the TV on Tuesday.
Shame but it happens. Never had an issue with my Gen 1 in over three years of having it! Feel sorry for the delivery guys having to travel all the way up to me!
I definitely would be requesting a replacement for your issue as it's much worse than mine!

Yep, they're sending a replacement. Fingers crossed that will be better.
