Hi there
I bought new sky glass box yesterday after moving from previous old sky+ box. I tried to access sky store to watch previous purchases, which are listed. Example point break movie and the parent controls pin fails. I have reset it and checked on my sky app but is not syncing with sky glass box.
I have factory reset the box and tried reboots and cold power off and power on. Any ideas?
