Sky glass order
I was offered a new sky glass, 65" grey, blue or silver, I was told it was £644 or £13 a month. From the website it would appear it is a 'Gen 2' (I didn't realise there were 2 different models)
When I have checked the order it says Sky glass Air, which appears a cheaper model.

Re: Sky glass order
@JasonP1 You were offered the Glass Air at those prices. The Gen Two is £24 a month.
If it hasn't been dispatched you may be able to cancel if it is the Gen Two you want.

Re: Sky glass order
Although the colours you mentioned aren't the colours for the Air which is available in Carbon Grey, Seafoam Green or White, so that would imply it's the Gen 2 Sky Glass.

Re: Sky glass order
It would appear I was looking at the cost of the smaller model and maybe I was wrong about the blue colour, maybe it was green? It was very difficult to hear and understand the caller.
Thank you

Thank you
It's probably not a good idea to order something costing hundreds of pounds from someone you cannot hear or understand.
If you don't fully understand what you have ordered then you should check carefully and cancel the order if it's not what you want.

The Gen 1 Sky Glass (from 2021) is no longer available as new hardware: there are substantial numbers on a certain auction website.
A Gen 2 (2025) 65" Sky Glass is frankly questionable value at nearly £1200.
