@Jacci1 About 18 months ago I had a 2-3 inch wide vertical stripe appear on my Glass TV screen. I tried a normal reboot but this didn't help so I unplugged my Glass TV and left it overnight. In the morning when I plugged it back in the line had disappeared and never came back. Give this a try but if it doesn't help or the line reappears call sky for some additional troubleshooting and if necessary discuss a replacement TV under warranty.
