I moved to a different region the other month and Sky Glass is still showing my old BBC region. I can see quite a few similar posts on here, has anyone managed to resolve this problem. I tried phoning support and they couldn't resolve it

Is the address correct in my sky? Have you tried turning off at the wall for 10 minutes and powering it back on? Some of the cases that have been posted on the forum have been resolved by a back end team at Sky. It might be worth calling back and requesting that it's escalated.
Alternatively there are some sky staff here or superusers who can escalate it for you via the forum, but a slower process.

I did ask if it could be escalated to tech team, but apparently I was already speaking to them. It was off for a few hours during the move.

It is a shame Sky CSs can't resolve such a simple issue... just updating you address on your Sky Acount should be sufficient🤔

My address is correct, but for some reason it hasn't fed through to the TV. It seems a big enough bug that they should have resolved it by now.

as I said above drop an email to viewer relations to see if they can speed it up

If you scroll right down the tv guide all the regions are there

I live in the south east but some times I scroll down to watch local news from other regions
