Sky glass not loading (live) tv channels

@peter-marlow+1966  only the Ethernet port is restricted to 100mbs. The WiFi adapter is not restricted and will display the relevant speed it is receiving

I had a similar problem with my sky glass TV,  went into settings and did a reboot. All is well now

If you reboot do you lose your recordings?

No. Everything is on Sky's servers not the TV. Just don't factory reset without contacting Sky as that may cause problems.
