,y glass keeps disconnecting from wifi my broadband is working as other devices are connected to it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Vicki53 Try putting your Glass TV on Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.

Also make sure Networked Standby mode is turned ON in the Settings > startup & Standby menu as this stops Glass from losing the network connection when it goes into standby.

Check Your Network Configurations · Restart and Factory Reset your Sky Glass TV · Switch your Router off at the Mains · Use a Sky Booster or other WiFi Extender.
