Sky glass no picture or sound

Any body else have problems and know how to resolve them. I've gone through all the trouble shooting steps u have no picture or sound, or sometimes picture with no sound or sound with no picture and it's been going on for months!!! Each time I'm told to just go through the steps. Sky glass also picks and chooses when it wants to listen us 🤦‍♀️ not cheap monthly for consistent problems l

thanks for replying I had the issue resolved last night Tv was beyond repair came up with many errors, tried rebooting and went through all the steps with an employee over the phone and decided to replace tv which is being delivered tomorrow.

I'm having the very same issues and have been on chat with an assistant for 5HOURS!!!! 
My tv is playing  sound but no picture. Now sky are saying it will cost me to replace it even though I have it less than 2 years. Then the operator went on his break and I've heard nothing since!

Im based in ROI and we have no option to speak to an actual human 🙄 so frustrated.

They replaced my sky glass in the end did take about a week all in but with no charge as the man over the phone could see just how many faults the tv had since we recieved it. Hope you get it sorted it's very frustrating

Same problem here as well sky doesn't seem to care about us so long as they get the monthly payments off us i can start sky go up and aboutt half hour later i get to the tv guide but as soon as i click on anything it takes ages and ages with that spinning thing in the centre of the screen then i might get something like a picture but it's behind a black part of the screen and can't hear nothing very bad programming my sky techs

Hi I had the same problems I spoke to a gentleman called KD and my tv is being replaced obviously have been going through the motions for months as well.
