Any body else have problems and know how to resolve them. I've gone through all the trouble shooting steps u have no picture or sound, or sometimes picture with no sound or sound with no picture and it's been going on for months!!! Each time I'm told to just go through the steps. Sky glass also picks and chooses when it wants to listen us 🤦♀️ not cheap monthly for consistent problems l

thanks for replying I had the issue resolved last night Tv was beyond repair came up with many errors, tried rebooting and went through all the steps with an employee over the phone and decided to replace tv which is being delivered tomorrow.
