Sky glass no Device detected

Sky glass TV says no HDMI device connected and also in other room via the puc says no sky subscription.

There was a few reports last night of the no subscription message. Turn your puck off at the mains for a few minutes.

 

Re the HDMI issue what device are you connecting? The inputs are selectable from the apps and inputs rail or via voice. Some older devices may struggle and should be connected to HDMI 3 with compatibility mode enabled.

 

You need to make sure that the cables are rated for HDMI 2.1. If still having issues you can try plugging it into HDMI Port 3 and turning on older device compatibility (Settings > connected devices > HDMI inputs > older device compatibility).
