Sky glass message on screen saying techical issue with limited service...i have NO service

Sky glass message on screen saying techical issue with limited service...i have NO service whatsoever, can't access any other page, home, TV guide, apps nothing is working

@Animadanj Have you tried turning it off at the plug for 30 seconds to reboot it?
